True Collaboration

By carefully selecting furnishings, artwork and accessories we will physically help refresh your listing client's spaces by repurposing and rerearraging items in their home.  Additionally, if the client prefers, we can suggest and purchase new items on their behalf to help showcase their home.

Staging for Success

As they say, "A picture is worth a thousand words".  As such, we can create 2D and 3D conceptual renderings for both your buyers and sellers.  For buyers, most often this comes into play when they can't quite "get" what a potential kitchen or bath renovation would look like in a home they are thinking of purchasing. For sellers, this is useful for when they want to show for example there is plenty of space in the basement to create a future home office, powder room, and home gym.
